Demetri's New Home Warranty

During the first year of the warranty period, Demetri Homes assures that the home will be free from:

• Significant defects in materials or workmanship.
• Significant defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, including the wiring, piping and ductwork portions of the system.

NOTE: Appliances, fixtures or pieces of equipment which are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty ARE NOT covered by this warranty. Defects in any of the systems resulting from failures in an appliance, fixture or piece of equipment covered by a manufacturer’s warranty ARE NOT covered by this warranty.

During years two through ten, Demetri Homes’ warranty covers the buyer against specific major structural defects.
